Medium Meeting Rooms
The Student Union hosts five medium meeting spaces available ideal for your meeting, reception, conference, guest speaker, or banquet. Rooms 205, 207, 209, 211, and 213 can accommodate up to 65 people depending on your setup. Available setups include:
Ask one of our reservations specialists about custom setups or indicate any special needs you have on your reservation form. All rooms feature a built-in dry-erase board, projection screen, and ethernet and phone line capabilities. In addition, all medium rooms have a view of adjacent Maryland Parkway and at least one area for food tables or event materials.
Ask us about registration tables. We can arrange a table and two chairs immediately outside your meeting room, giving your guests a first point of contact.
These rooms measure approximately 26'x30'.
