Check Availability

Review Policies and Fees

or contact one of our reservationists or event coordinators to determine your selected facility's fees and policies.
Complete Reservation Form
A complete reservation form must be submitted to our office before any reservation request is accepted. We do not accept verbal reservation requests.
Reserve Equipment and AV
We offer a wide range of equipment and audiovisual tools on site so you don't have to bring your own. From projectors and screens to cocktail tables and dance floors, we have wide range of options available to you.
Payments
At the conclusion of your event or activity, Student Affairs Scheduling and Conferences will generate a final invoice based on your actual event costs. All invoices are due 30 days from time of billing. Please read the details on the back of your General Reservation Form (PDF) or in our General Reservation Policy (PDF) for additional payment procedures.
